Design Process
1. Clarify the flow
First we go through the system flow and read the feature reference to plan the strategy.
We need to create 1 system but fulfill 3 different kinds of users. Also we have to evaluate the feature and think about how to design.

In this ATS, we have 3 different kinds of users. Each user has a different scenario.
The feature to support would be different due to the role.
The feature to support would be different due to the role.
- Candidate : Deliver the Resume soon
- HR: Evaluate the candidate and set up interview
- Admin : Evaluate the candidate, manage members, assign candidate to HR
We also define user color and different photos to separate the role, so the team can identify easily.

3. Feature & Consist UI component Design
These are the main features we created.
- Application form for candidate : Form design
- Pipeline for HR : Reference the Trello, use cards as main components.
- Fuzz match for admin
We created the design based on material design to have a reusable component.
The design is released by batches to make sure it meets the client’s expectation.
